SM Should responsible to do the new KYC Business

Selection Staff as Sales Executive for every branch and Field Training & Holding them to increase the sales habits.

Sales communication and increase productivity(Attractive Incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performances)

Traveling Across the Cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews.

Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the active, Location & Date.

Conducting timely staff review reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Regular UG

Minimum 4+ Experiences in any sales and marketing (Team Handling Must)

Age Limit: 25 to 37
