Job Description

Salary details and JD for Market Manager

 

CTC -40760/-Per Month

Take Home – 22760/ 35000-Per Month

TADA - Per day- 240/-Rs per day

Variable Pay- Up to 6500/- based on their performance.


JD:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Building relationships with existing buyers
  • Generating New leads and onboarding.
  • Collecting orders from existing buyers."
  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts 
  • Mainly focusing on promoting Udaan's own products to retailers.
  • Converting Dormant buyers.
  • Credit Analysis and Recovery.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential Buyers
  • Assisting buyers with promotional and other offers
  • Resolving key issues which might be faced.
  • Collaborating with Manager on sales goals & highlighting key issues
