Job Title: Field Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-time (6 Days Working)

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 / month (Higher salary offered based on relevant experience)

Job Overview: We are a growing tiles business with 5 showrooms across Chennai. We are looking for an active and reliable Field Marketing Executive. Your main goal is to visit ongoing construction sites, meet engineers and contractors, and invite them to visit our showrooms with their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit ongoing residential and commercial construction sites across Chennai daily.
• Meet site engineers, contractors, architects, and builders.
• Introduce our tiles collections, showroom locations, and key offers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with contacts via calls and in-person visits.
• Convince engineers and builders to visit any of our 5 showrooms for selection.
• Maintain daily visit logs and report updates to the management.

Requirements:

• Education: Any degree, diploma, or 12th pass.
• Experience: 1 year in field marketing, site visits, or direct marketing (prior experience in tiles, sanitaryware, paints, cement, or building materials is a strong plus).
• Vehicle: Two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Languages: Tamil (fluent speaking); basic English knowledge is helpful.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
