Job Description
1. Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
2. Salary: CTC for freshers starts at 23,000. For experienced candidates, salary will be based on their previous compensation, as per client confirmation.
3. Experience: preferred candidates would be people with atleast 6 months of experience. Freshers also they will hire but let's keep a mix of both.
4. Background: Preference for candidates with FMCG experience; Food & Beverage experience is a priority.
5. Allowances: Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid in addition to the salary.
6. Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided based on the incentive slab.
7. Work Radius: The working radius for all associates will be 10–15 km.
8. Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including breaks.
