Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Recruiters to support Swiggy Delivery Partner hiring operations across Chennai.

The recruiter will work on-ground across multiple assigned locations/zones daily to generate leads, counsel candidates, and convert them into active delivery partners.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in speaking with people, comfortable with field work, and capable of handling high-volume hiring activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned locations/zones daily for field sourcing activities
• Interact with 100+ candidates per day and explain Swiggy Delivery Partner opportunities
• Generate quality leads and support candidates through onboarding
• Convert leads into active riders/delivery partners
• Build and maintain strong local hiring pipelines
• Conduct BTL (Below The Line) activities including:
• Pamphlet distribution
• Stall activities
• College activations
• Market campaigns
• Local area promotions
• Coordinate with onboarding teams for smooth joining process
• Maintain daily lead generation and conversion reports
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets

• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th Pass / Any Degree
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Hindi/English communication is an added advantage
• Comfortable with extensive field work
• Must own an Android phone
• Experience in field sales, recruitment, telecom, FMCG, banking, or promotions preferred
