Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives at Bioman Sewage Solutions!

Experience: 1–5 years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 CTC per month + performance incentives

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits and B2B/B2C customer meetings.
  • Meet builders, contractors, architects and property owners.
  • Present products, share quotations and follow up with customers.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain daily visit and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous product-based field sales experience preferred.
  • Building materials, construction products, plumbing or STP sales experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication, negotiation and sales-closing skills.
  • Local language proficiency and willingness to travel.

Candidates with only banking or service-based sales experience are not suitable for this role.
