Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales for hardware, locking solutions, security products, adhesives, and allied building materials.
• Identify new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and institutional clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
• Conduct product presentations and explain technical product benefits to clients.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on receivables.
• Maintain CRM / sales reports and pipeline updates.
