Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Derma Division

Job Summary:

Wellness Meditech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the dermatology and aesthetic industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling aesthetic medical devices, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Visit dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic clinics, and hospitals to promote Wellness Meditech products.

* Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

* Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features, benefits, and treatment applications.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

* Coordinate with the service and support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities regularly.

### Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in the dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical device industry.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Knowledge of derma machines, aesthetic treatments, and clinic workflows is preferred.

* Ability to travel frequently and meet clients in assigned territories.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

### Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

* Experience in medical devices, derma equipment, or aesthetic sales will be given preference.
