Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hiring Executive who has hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, delivery executives, field sales executives, and other direct sales roles.

The candidate should be capable of sourcing candidates quickly, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidates join within the required timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for field and direct sales positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, social media, job portals, referrals, and local recruitment channels.

Hire candidates for Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto-type field/delivery roles and Direct Sales Executive positions.

Manage high-volume hiring and achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Conduct initial candidate screening and assess:

Communication skills

Sales ability

Field-work readiness

Location suitability

Previous experience

Salary expectations

Explain the job role, salary, incentives, working conditions, and company policies clearly to candidates.

Coordinate interviews with the concerned managers.

Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Collect and verify required joining documents.

Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to reduce offer dropouts and joining dropouts.

Build a strong pipeline of candidates for continuous hiring requirements.

Coordinate with HR and Sales teams regarding manpower requirements.

Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Required Skills

Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.

Experience in bulk/high-volume recruitment.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.

Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Good negotiation and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA HR / PGDM HR preferred.

1–4 years of recruitment experience.

Experience in field sales, delivery, gig-worker, or bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
