Job Description

  • A Field Recruiter for a logistics company drives on-ground, bulk hiring of delivery associates.
  • You will be responsible for local sourcing, conducting walk-in interviews, document verification, and managing onboarding directly from micro-hubs or delivery centers to meet daily operational manpower targets.
  • Doing Mass Field Recruitment Activity.
  • Maintaing Daily Reports.
  • Coordinating with the Operations Manager and the higher authorities
  • Hands on Experience in bulk hiring, gig worker recruitment, or blue-collar talent acquisition (Logistics or E-commerce or Facility Management, Housekeeping industries will be highly Preferred)
  • Handle end-to-end fleet hiring activities and vendor coordination.
  • Manage driver/fleet onboarding processes and maintain required documentation.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle placement and manpower availability.
  • Maintain hiring trackers, joining status, and deployment records.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of fleet and manpower requirements.
  • Follow up with vendors and drivers to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Support daily operational activities related to fleet management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
