Key Responsibilities
🔹 Visit customers and meet potential loan applicants
🔹 Generate new loan leads through field visits
🔹 Explain loan products, eligibility and documentation requirements
🔹 Collect and verify customer documents
🔹 Follow up with customers regarding loan applications
🔹 Coordinate with the branch/team for loan processing
🔹 Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
🔹 Achieve assigned monthly targets
Skills Required
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Willingness to work in the field
✅ Customer handling skills
✅ Basic knowledge of loan/financial products
✅ Target-oriented approach
