Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Field Investigator to join our investigation team in Chennai. The candidate should have strong field investigation skills, good observation ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collect and document information accurately.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field investigations and discreet enquiries as assigned.
• Carry out background verification, address verification, employment verification, reference checks and other field enquiries.
• Conduct discreet physical surveillance and prepare detailed observation reports.
• Visit residential, commercial and other locations to collect and verify information.
• Interact professionally with neighbours, colleagues, local contacts and other relevant sources.
• Collect photographs, videos and other legally obtained field evidence when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and investigation-related information.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily findings and investigation reports.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and investigation team.
• Travel within Chennai and occasionally to other locations based on assignment requirements.
• Complete assignments within the given timelines and follow company investigation protocols.
• Requirements2–5 years of relevant field investigation experience preferred.
• Experience in private investigation, background verification, insurance investigation, banking verification, surveillance, intelligence, or security-related field work will be an advantage.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of Chennai and surrounding areas.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Should have a smartphone and basic knowledge of GPS, Google Maps, photography and documentation.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Must be disciplined, punctual, responsible and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive assignments discreetly.
