Field Collection Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue credit card payments.

Contact customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding dues.

Verify customer addresses and update contact information.

Explain outstanding balances, penalties, and payment options.

Encourage customers to make timely payments and prevent account escalation.

Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.

Maintain accurate visit reports and collection records using mobile applications or company software.

Coordinate with the team leader regarding difficult recovery cases.

Ensure all collection activities comply with RBI guidelines and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
