Job Description

  • Visit customers at their registered/residential/business locations for payment collection.
  • Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding payments.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Explain outstanding dues and payment options professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and follow-ups.
  • Submit daily collection and field visit reports to the reporting manager.
  • Handle customer queries and difficult cases professionally.
  • Follow company collection policies and applicable guidelines
