📌 Assistant Manager – Field Collection
Location: Chennai
Take Home: ₹35,000
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage field collection team.
Handle client interactions and resolve escalations.
Monitor EMI collections (two‑wheeler, four‑wheeler, housing loans).
Ensure timely follow‑ups and recovery targets.
Train and motivate team members.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in collections.
Strong client handling and team management skills.
Ability to achieve targets under pressure.
📌 Team Leader – Field Collection
Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:
Supervise field collection executives.
Assign tasks and monitor EMI recovery progress.
Support team in handling customer issues.
