Fiber Field Engineer

The Splicer (Fibre Engineer) is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks to ensure reliable signal transmission and uninterrupted connectivity services. The role includes feasibility checks, fiber installation/shifting activities, handling fiber complaints and outages within standard timelines, and supporting network migration activities.

The candidate should be capable of working in long shifts, overnight schedules, and emergency situations while adapting to varying field and climatic conditions. The role also requires GIS/data updation and effective coordination with FSEs, Helpdesk, NOC, Sales teams, and other stakeholders for smooth network operations.
