Preparing and serving high-quality snacks, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workspace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality and consistency.

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

• Experience in Paani puri, Nachos and mojitos will be added advantage.

• Take orders, handle payments and ensure accurate billing.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food truck, equipment and work areas.

• Follow food safety standards and company policies.

• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.

• Set up and pack down the food truck at each location.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

• Two wheeler Driving experience required.
