Housekeeping Supervisor – Shared Workspace Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Salary: ₹22,000 per month take-home

Gender: Male

Industry Experience: Previous experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) preferred/required

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the housekeeping team and ensure adequate daily deployment.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across the shared workspace.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas, washrooms, pantry and common areas.
• Ensure staff follow the prescribed cleaning schedules, SOPs and grooming standards.
• Handle client requirements, complaints and day-to-day housekeeping escalations.
• Maintain attendance, deployment and daily housekeeping records.
• Ensure proper usage and availability of chemicals, consumables and housekeeping equipment.
• Coordinate with the client facility team and provide timely updates on operational issues.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on service standards, safety and workplace discipline.
• Ensure smooth operations during shift changes and maintain service continuity.
• Candidate Profile Male candidate required.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in an IFM / Facility Management company.
• Experience handling housekeeping teams in corporate offices, shared workspaces, commercial buildings or similar facilities will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Should be disciplined, presentable and customer-focused.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, machinery, cleaning procedures and SOPs.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare basic reports.
