Full-Time (Trainee Position)

Training period : 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in daily production operations on the shop floor as per process requirements.

Support line supervisors in assembly, welding, painting, and inspection activities.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain quality and safety standards.

Handle basic tools, equipment, and machinery under supervision.

Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices.

Record and report production data, deviations, or equipment issues to the team lead.

Participate in continuous improvement and skill enhancement activities.

Skills Required:

Basic technical knowledge in core specialization.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shift).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to manufacturing processes.
