Electrical Technician

Roles & Responsibilities:Install and set up massage chairs at customer locations, ensuring proper functioning and safety.

Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in massage chairs.

Handle service visits for customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of equipment.

Troubleshoot faults related to wiring, motors, control panels, and sensors.

Replace or repair defective parts and components.

Ensure proper testing of equipment after installation or repair.

Maintain service records and update job reports after each visit.

Provide basic product guidance and usage instructions to customers.

Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and technical support.

Follow safety standards and company service protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with tools and repair work.

Ability to travel for on-site service visits.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Customer-friendly attitude.
