Dispatch Executive

S World Floors (SWF) is a tiles, granite & marble trading business based in Madhavaram, Chennai. We are hiring 2 Dispatch Coordinators to work from our office.

Role & responsibilities:

Coordinate with transporters and labour for outbound dispatch. Book porters for deliveries as needed. Proactively call or message clients to update them on dispatch status and delays. This is an office-based coordination role, not physical labour. Reports to the Dispatch Head.

Preferred candidate profile:

Clear spoken communication. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple simultaneous dispatches. Calm under pressure.

Perks and benefits:

Fixed salary of Rs.15,000-20,000/month. 3-month incubation period, after which pay is reviewed for an increase.
