Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing and kitchen areas.

Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.

Dispose of waste and maintain proper garbage segregation.

Ensure cleaned items are stored properly in designated areas.

Support kitchen staff by maintaining a continuous supply of clean utensils.

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Assist in cleaning kitchen floors, sinks, and workstations when required.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene practices.

Ability to work in shifts and handle physical work.

Teamwork and time management skills.

Previous hotel or restaurant experience is an added advantage.

தேவையான போது kitchen floor, sink மற்றும் work area-களை சுத்தம் செய்வதில் உதவுவது.
