Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in the real estate industry to develop and execute digital marketing strategies, generate quality leads, and improve online brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Generate and optimize high-quality leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage social media content, campaigns, and online brand presence.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage website SEO, SEM, and lead-generation activities.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging ads, videos, banners, and other marketing content.
