Digital Marketing Analyst

 

  • Data Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with regional market contacts to obtain the latest price lists and promotional data for upcoming model launches.
  • Precision Authoring: Execute data updates based on market specifications, ensuring 100% accuracy in the system.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct peer reviews and validations of data inputs to ensure high-quality standards before seeking final market approval.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams (Business, IT, Supplier and Agencies) to enable and manage catalogs within the Showroom Perf and Live environment.
  • Approval Workflow: Manage the end-to-end approval process, from conducting preview site checks to securing final market sign-off for production.
  • Deployment & Publishing: Facilitate the production deployment process by liaising with team SPOCs and submitting formal publishing requests.
  • Post-Launch Verification: Perform rigorous post-production audits to verify live data and confirm successful deployment to all stakeholders.
  • SLA Adherence: Ensure all pricing updates and customer savings data are verified within established Turnaround Times (TAT).

Task Management: Jira is utilized for systematic management, tracking, and documentation of all assigned tasks and project workflows.

Operational Excellence: The timely completion and high quality of all key deliverables and activities are ensured.

Quality Standards & Root Cause Analysis: High quality standards are consistently maintained across all deliverables, with a 3-leg 5-why analysis performed to identify root causes and implement corrective actions whenever issues or discrepancies occur.

Performance Metrics: Business process review metrics are monitored and reported to ensure operational standards and efficiency are maintained.

Audit & Compliance: Full adherence to ISO and Dpas audit requirements is maintained, with all necessary documentation and process controls strictly followed.

Stakeholder Engagement: Continuous engagement is maintained with various departments, IT teams, and market stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality outputs.

Relationship Management: Professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders are built and sustained through proactive communication via call, email, and Teams.

Process Innovation: Opportunities for process improvement and automation are identified and implemented to drive operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Site Data Maintenance: Configurator sites are updated with the latest information in alignment with market-specific target dates.

Technical Troubleshooting: Issues identified within the Showroom Website & authoring systems are investigated and resolved through collaborative technical support.

Ad Hoc Support: Coordination and handling of ad hoc requests are performed in alignment with departmental priorities and project needs.

Graduates: 1+ years of professional experience.

Previous experience in automotive data management or vehicle-related activities is highly preferred.
