About the Role

This is a unique entry-level opportunity to gain direct mentorship from senior DevOps engineers while managing a Gartner Magic Quadrant leading ITSM platform. You will be at the forefront of technology by actively testing and implementing Generative AI and Predictive AI capabilities to enhance service delivery for a global enterprise.

What You Will Do

• Drive ITSM solution ((Atlassian JSM Cloud’s as of now) delivery by assisting with small enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes within our cloud ecosystem.

• Implement cutting-edge Generative AI and machine learning capabilities to automate and enhance global service delivery.

• Master service operations by triaging platform incidents, identifying root causes, and monitoring system health to ensure business continuity.

• Maintain implementation documentation and manage version control tasks throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

What Skills & Experience You Will Bring

• Strong interest in IT Service Management, IT Operations, and platform development.

• Basic understanding of ITIL v4 concepts such as Comment start  Service Request, Problem,  Comment end Incident, Change, and Configuration management. 

• Full fluency in both written and spoken English.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with basic scripting or coding relevant to ITSM application portfolios.

• Knowledge of deploying lightweight applications leveraging platform extensibility.

• Experience with ITIL-based asset or knowledge management.
