Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesUltra-Fast & Safe Delivery: Pick up packed orders from the assigned Dark Store and deliver them to customers within the specified geofenced radius (typically 1–5 km) while strictly adhering to local traffic and road safety regulations.
  • Tech-Driven Navigation: Utilize the company’s delivery application and live GPS tracking tools to identify the fastest, most efficient routes to minimize delivery transit time.
  • Dark Store Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse packing team to ensure rapid handoffs. Ensure the right order barcodes are scanned before leaving the hub.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Hand over packages politely and professionally to customers. Handle order updates or location confirmation calls with a customer-first mindset.
