• Salary & Payout Structure (As per Rate Card)1. Guaranteed Fixed Earning (Base Cost per Order)Weekday (Mon - Thu): ₹32 per order
• Weekend (Fri - Sun): ₹40 per order
• 2. Distance Payouts (Extra Travel Allowance)First Mile: ₹3 / KM for distances over 3 KM.
• Last Mile: ₹10 / KM for distances over 2 KM.
• 3. Guaranteed Order Surge (Peak Hours Extra Bonus)8 AM - 3 PM: Extra ₹15 to ₹25 per order
• 7 PM - 12 AM: Extra ₹15 to ₹25 per order
• Any Other Time: Up to ₹5 extra per order
• 4. Additional IncentivesCash Order Incentive: Extra ₹5 for every cash order handled.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSafely pick up orders from merchants and deliver them to customers.
• Use GPS maps to find the correct delivery locations.
• Deliver items on time and handle them carefully.
• Collect cash payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders when required.
• Job RequirementsA two-wheeler (Bike or Scooter) with a valid Driving License (DL) and RC Book.
• An Android Smartphone and a valid Aadhaar Card.
• Knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Ability to read basic English to check order addresses on the app.
