Job Description – Delivery Associate / Delivery Boy (Amazon) – Sriperumbudur

Position: Delivery Associate / Delivery Executive

Location: Sriperumbudur

Company: Amazon Delivery Operations / Delivery Service Partner (DSP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Associate to deliver Amazon orders safely and on time while maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pick up parcels from the assigned delivery station/hub

* Deliver packages to customers within the assigned area

* Plan routes for timely deliveries

* Collect OTP / customer confirmation at delivery

* Handle COD (Cash on Delivery) orders if applicable

* Maintain delivery records through mobile application

* Follow safety and company delivery guidelines

* Report issues, failed deliveries, or delays to supervisors

Eligibility:

* Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (preferred)

* Valid Driving License (2-wheeler)

* Own bike (preferred for some locations)

* Smartphone with internet access

* Basic communication skills in Tamil and/or English

* Ability to work flexible shifts

Experience:

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
