* You will be the central bridge between clients and regional operational teams to ensure seamless cargo movements.
* Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via emails, calls, and WhatsApp.
* Shipment Tracking: Track shipments and provide proactive daily status
* Issue Resolution: Resolve real-time transit delays or operational issues by coordinating directly with regional networks.
