Job Description

We are looking for a Credit Relationship Officer

CreditMantri is a Series-B funded, Chennai headquartered Fintech startup, founded by a team of entrepreneurs with extensive experience in world-class financial services organizations. Our aspiration is to become India's largest and most inclusive Credit facilitator. CreditMantri aims to do this by creating a single extraordinarily rich source of credit relevant information, aggregating both traditional and non- traditional data sources.

We have over 2 million users, work with 60+ lenders and have seen strong training. We are at an exciting phase of our proposition build out. Our product set caters to 2 stakeholders – consumers on one side and lenders on the other.


Roles & Responsibilities

•Explain and counsel customers to repay the overdue – Banking products

•Ensure 100% 1st call to customer within 12 hours

•Achieve collections parameters as per the company standard

•Understand credit concerns customers have when their loan or credit card gets rejected

•Introducing CreditMantri and describing the services we do

•Provide Service Plan options on how customers can improve their score and become loan eligible

•Co-ordinate with operations department on successful repayment & resolution of negative issues pertaining to credit bureaus

•Explaining about Credit and Cibil Score to the customer.


Eligible Criteria

•Any Graduate

•Should be fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory). Multilingual would be an added advantage.

•Should have knowledge of loan and credit products

•Understands management by metrics and is result oriented.

•Passionate about customer interaction.

•Enjoy working in a start-up environment.

•Ability to prioritize tasks in hand and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
