Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend all customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and walk-in visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
- Create and maintain enquiry records in the ERP/CRM system.
- Assign enquiries to the appropriate Sales Executive or showroom.
- Follow up with customers and the sales team on pending enquiries.
- Ensure every enquiry receives a timely response.
- Coordinate with the sales team to update enquiry status.
