About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Solution Associate to support Tally software implementation, configuration, customer training, and solution delivery. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing effective solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality support. Freshers with basic Tally knowledge and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support Tally software, including updates, customization, and issue resolution.

• Provide onsite and remote support to ensure smooth implementation and customer operations.

• Understand client needs, suggest suitable Tally solutions, conduct demos, and provide training.

• Handle customer queries, maintain relationships, and ensure timely support.

• Assist sales teams with technical inputs and solution recommendations.

• Maintain support records and stay updated with Tally features and trends.

Requirements:

Education:

• Any bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Experience:

Freshers:

• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime is preferred.

• interested in software solutions, customer support, and business applications.

• Willingness to learn and develop technical and customer-facing skills.

Experienced Candidates:

• 1+ years of experience in Tally implementation, software support, customer success, or business development is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a solution-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of Tally and accounting principles is preferred.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate with teams, and provide effective customer support.

• Willingness to travel for onsite implementation and client assistance when required.

Mandatory Requirement:

Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own two-wheeler are mandatory, as the role involves regular client visits and onsite implementation support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tally Prime certification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

• Practical experience in Tally implementation, customization is preferred.

• Good understanding of Tally modules, including GST, Payroll, Inventory, and Accounting, with basic knowledge of system integrations.
