Job Description
Share car insurance renewal quotations with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Contact customers to explain insurance quotes, coverage, add-on benefits, and policy features.
Follow up regularly with customers to convert enquiries into successful policy renewals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely assistance and resolving basic queries.
Update customer interactions, follow-up status, and policy closure details accurately in the CRM/Excel database.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely policy issuance and customer support.
