Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Customer Service 


Purpose of the role:

Role is vital in driving the company's overall success and customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities for improving the customer experience.

  

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with existing and potential customers to provide information about company products and services and to assist with inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and service requests.
  • Identifying and forwarding promising leads to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilizing company-provided scripts to address customer questions and concerns effectively.


Must have:

  • Graduate or equivalent degree  
  • 0-6 Years of work experience in Customer Service role (English Voice process Should have experience in Tele calling or taking calls - Outbound & Inbound. (Voice process)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Should have experience handling MIS or strong experience with MS excel, MS word Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi/Kannada 
  • Age not more than 33 years  
  • Work schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off and rotational day shifts
