Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Customer Service
Purpose of the role:
Role is vital in driving the company's overall success and customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities for improving the customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Communicating with existing and potential customers to provide information about company products and services and to assist with inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and service requests.
- Identifying and forwarding promising leads to the sales team for follow-up.
- Managing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Utilizing company-provided scripts to address customer questions and concerns effectively.
Must have:
- Graduate or equivalent degree
- 0-6 Years of work experience in Customer Service role (English Voice process Should have experience in Tele calling or taking calls - Outbound & Inbound. (Voice process)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have experience handling MIS or strong experience with MS excel, MS word Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi/Kannada
- Age not more than 33 years
- Work schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off and rotational day shifts
