CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, product issues, or technical glitches in a timely manner.

Follow-ups: Ensure satisfactory resolution of open tickets and perform proactive follow-ups with customers.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice in Tamil, English

Time Management: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize queries in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance metrics.
