- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions within broader systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software architecture and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects.
- Ability to ensure code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to development standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalability considerations in enterprise software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative technical solutions.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
