Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete post-sales process from booking to property handover.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, documents, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules, agreements, registration, and possession.
  • Follow up on pending payments and required customer documents.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Documentation, Construction, and Registration teams.
  • Keep customers updated on project progress, payment status, and important timelines.
  • Schedule and coordinate property visits, registration, and handover.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Track and close customer issues within the agreed timeline.
  • Maintain proper records of booking, cancellation, registration, handover, and after-sales activities.
  • Prepare regular CRM reports and MIS reports for management.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the post-sales journey.
