Job Description

Control Room Executive – Job Description


Handle customer queries and complaints through phone, chat, email, and other

support channels.


Provide accurate information regarding Yulu bikes, rides, subscriptions, payments,

refunds, and app-related issues.


Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of customer

satisfaction.


Coordinate with field operations and maintenance teams to resolve vehicle, battery,

parking, and service-related issues.


Escalate critical or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team.


Monitor and follow up on open complaints until resolution.


Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with relevant teams for

process improvement.


Assist customers with app, account, payment, and ride-related concerns.


Follow company policies, SOPs, and customer service quality standards.


Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with difficult or dissatisfied Customers
