Job Description

  • Managing and guiding a team of operators/technicians/engineers.
  • Achieving daily production or department targets.
  • Monitoring quality, safety, productivity and delivery.
  • Handling line/process issues and coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other teams.
  • Driving Kaizen, 5S, TPM and continuous-improvement activities.
  • Tracking KPIs and preparing daily/weekly reports.
  • Training team members and ensuring standard work/SOP compliance.
  • Investigating problems using 5-Why, Fishbone, QC tools, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with Yamaha’s safety and quality standards.
