Collection Executive / Officer

*Designation : Field Collections Officer.*  

*Location : Chennai*

*Looking for a Candidates having experience in field collection with vehicle loans are preferable. Having DRA will be the added advantage.* 

*Roles & Responsibilities*

A Collection Officer is responsible for ensuring that outstanding payments are collected from customers or clients on time while maintaining good customer relationships.

*Key Responsibilities*

Visit customers at their residence, workplace, or other designated locations for collection of outstanding payments.

Follow up regularly with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.

Explain outstanding amounts, payment schedules, and applicable company policies to customers.

Collect payments through approved payment methods and provide proper acknowledgement/receipt as per company procedure.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment commitments, collections, and follow-up activities.

Update collection status and customer information in the company's system/app on a daily basis.

Obtain and record Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments and ensure timely follow-up.

Identify reasons for delayed or missed payments and communicate relevant information to the concerned team.

Coordinate with the branch, accounts, sales, and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies or customer concerns.

Escalate difficult, disputed, or high-risk accounts to the Collection Manager.

Prepare daily/weekly collection reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Plan daily field visits efficiently based on assigned customer accounts and geographical areas.

Maintain professional and respectful relationships with customers during collection activities.

Follow all company policies, collection procedures, confidentiality requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.

Ensure that all collected amounts are deposited/submitted within the prescribed timeline.

Candidates having experience in field collection with vehicle loans are preferable. 

*General shift timing* 

*Rotational week off.* 

*Salary*

20k to 25k in hand + PF, ESIC, Incentives, Travelling Allowances, Annual Bonus

*Important Notes* 

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 600 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

* Two Wheeler & DL is mandatory

* Candidate must know any 1 or 2 languages Tamil, Telugu, Malyalam, Kannada English.
