Collection Executive / Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

*Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and visits.

*Maintain and update customer outstanding reports.

*Ensure timely collection of overdue invoices and payments.

*Coordinate with sales, accounts, and finance teams regarding customer balances.

*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.

*Resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and account statements.

*Reconcile customer accounts and update payment records.

*Monitor overdue accounts and escalate issues when required.

*Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring payment commitments.

*Support finance and accounts teams in collection-related activities.

*Visit customer locations for payment collection, if required.
