CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision hydraulic components. This role ensures that all parts meet the company's quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
• Operation: Operate CNC machines to produce parts, following blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs.
• Tool Selection: Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and other machine accessories.
• Adjustment and Calibration: Adjust machine settings to optimize production and ensure quality.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure all machined parts meet specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance, and production outputs.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work Environment: Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure efficient production processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma / ITI; technical training in CNC operation preferred.
• Experience: 6month-3 years of experience operating CNC machines, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and precision in machining operations.
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address machining and maintenance issues.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
