Job Title: Chinese - Sous Chef and Continental - DCDP, CDP, Commis level


Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Chinese and Continental experience to join our kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic and high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, taste, and presentation.


  • Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Continental dishes.
  • Ensure authentic taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Handle wok cooking and maintain proper cooking techniques
  • Plan menus and suggest new dishes
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
