Job Description

  1. Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
  2. Handle wok, frying, chopping, and other Chinese cooking techniques efficiently.
  3. Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
  4. Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
  5. Manage ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food preparation.
