Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, answer menu questions, and process payments using the cash register or POS system.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Make coffee, tea, juices, and basic snacks or sandwiches following food safety standards.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clear tables, wash dishes, empty trash, and sanitize service areas throughout the shift.
  • Inventory and Stocking: Restock display cabinets, napkins, cups, and ingredients as needed. [1, 2, 3]
