CAD Architect / Architectural Draftsman

CAD ARCHITECT

This role is crucial in supporting the successful execution of construction projects by providing high-quality architectural drawings and plans. The Draftsman will work closely with architects, engineers, and site managers to translate conceptual designs into detailed construction documents.

• Produce accurate and comprehensive drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Develop and refine drawings based on architect's sketches and design concepts.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Prepare presentation-quality drawings for client reviews and internal presentations.
• Occasionally visit construction sites to observe progress, identify any discrepancies, and provide necessary revisions to drawings.
• Keep updated on the latest building codes, industry standards, and best practices in architectural drafting
