Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales growth.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Tele Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good client-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
