Role Overview

Luca Elevators is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Manager to manage customer interactions, conduct site visits, coordinate demo visits, and drive sales conversions for customized home lift solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct

• site visits to understand customer requirements, assess site feasibility, and explain suitable lift solutions.
• Coordinate and schedule demo visits for prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Explain Luca lift models, features, customization options, and pricing to customers.
• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate internally with operations, design, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records, visit updates, and follow-up status in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in construction, interiors, elevators, or home solutions is preferred (not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of CRM and lead management is an added advantage.
