Job Description
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital enquiries, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential projects.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and sales closures.
Arrange and coordinate customer site visits and ensure proper follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and project sales teams.
Promote and sell multiple residential projects through the channel partner network.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings in the CRM/B2B system.
Coordinate with internal sales teams and builder representatives throughout the sales process.
