Job Description
Generate new Gold Loan business through direct sourcing, field visits & customer references
• Acquire new customers and develop strong customer relationships
• Handle Balance Transfer, Fresh Business & Renewal opportunities
• Conduct field visits and generate leads through local market activities
• Achieve assigned monthly business targets
• Coordinate with branches and ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business
Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC sales preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong field sales & business development mindset
• Target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned area
